To ensure a positive and respectful experience for all recipients of donated services, we have established the following booking policy:
Eligibility for Donated Services:
Recipients of donated coaching services must meet the criteria set by the donors, which may include individuals facing challenges related to their careers and cancer.
Eligibility requires recipients to be in active cancer treatment or to have concluded their treatment within the past three months.
Booking Process:
To book a coaching session as a recipient of donated services, please get in touch with us via email at info@gngrway.com. Include your name, contact information, and relevant details regarding your needs and preferences.
Availability:
Donated coaching sessions are subject to availability and will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis based on the availability of our coaches.
Scheduling:
We will accommodate your scheduling preferences, but please be flexible in arranging sessions.
Cancellation Policy:
Recipients of donated services are subject to the same cancellation policy as our regular clients. Please review our cancellation policy for details.
Gratitude and Respect:
We ask that recipients of donated services show gratitude and respect to the coach and the generous donors who have made these services possible.
Paying It Forward:
While receiving support is valuable, we encourage recipients to consider paying it forward in the future when they are in a position to help others facing similar challenges.
Confidentiality:
All information shared during coaching sessions, including that services were received as a donation, will be kept strictly confidential.
Feedback and Testimonials:
We may request feedback or testimonials from recipients to share with donors and the GNGR Way community. Participation is entirely voluntary.
